Khon × contemporary dance in mixed reality: gamified tutorial demo
Developed under the British Council’s Connections Through Culture 2023 grant programme, this mixed reality build turns Khon (Thai masked dance) and UK contemporary dance into a gamified tutorial you can step into.
Because it runs on headset rather than in a studio, the experience travels: traditional and modern dance, learnable anywhere in the world, at any hour.
Highlight
Traditional and modern dance, accessible anywhere through mixed reality.
Khon and UK contemporary dance performed together in the courtyard
The Khon character rendered in mixed reality
